Before delivering the goods, we will inspect every product to ensure the quality.
If the LCD panel is damaged by the client, we will make our efforts to repair it, or return it to the manufacturer for repair. In this case, the client has to pay the accompanying expenses.
If it is the physical damage of LCD panel that leads to the abnormal state, the client has no choice but to discard the LCD panel.
We offer one-year repair service for controller products in case of any quality problems.
We also offer technology support after sale.
